shareandrent's concept blog.

Hello all...

I am a techie guy who knows pretty much nothing but playing with servers and writing softwares. After writing software for a while (10+ years) I came out with this idea of how we can utilize things which we already own efficiently and help community by which we earn more money.

The by product of it is also helping small rental shops who generally loose most of the business to large outlets because of lack of exposure and not being able to reach a wider audience.

Outcome of this is my site http://www.shareandrent.com/ where anyone can post whatever they want and rent or share. Unlike other websites which are focusing on renting I have no strings or fees associated with this service. Till I own this site I can promise posting and searching will be always free.

Once you post an item it goes to your box and you can maintain it there (maintain state, add more content or edit content, delete it, disable it etc).

I am constantly working on it and have a lot of ideas to implement but at this point I would really appreciate someone to see it and throw in some comments. My friends have done that but they also might be givng a very positive remark just to make me happy.
